Contributed in formalizing the procedure and guidelines to start new clubs in any department of the college. One of the 3 founders of Games and Programming Club, for which we recruited students from all years of undergrad. Students chose their own Application or Game to develop and worked on it all semester to make a functional Game/App that they could present at the end. The whole environment was created in such a way that everyone would stay back after class, get together at the club room and work by sharing their ideas and helping each other out whenever stuck.
Was responsible for the founding, recruiting and then project management and troubleshooting of projects that every one was working on.
